Live Music City's primary goal is to create a pleasant environment for you to purchase tickets just as easy as finding a show. The policies are set forth to ensure your security and to explain LMC’s purchase policy. Each ticket that you purchase is also subject to the additional terms set forth by the promoter and venue.

All ticket prices for events occurring in the United States are stated in U.S. Dollars.

LMC accepts several types of payment to purchase tickets. LMC accepts American Express,Visa, Master Card, and Discover.

LMC acts as an agent for those you are promoting the events. When you purchase tickets for an event through LMC, LMC will then be handling the transaction and collecting payment for the promoting party. There will be will call (pick up at event window) only, this to save us from having to charge a shipping fee and guaranty of delivery.

LMC provides tickets on behalf of promoters, teams, bands and venues, LMC does not set the price of tickets or seating locations. LMC does not control the availability of tickets. Tickets are sold on first come first serve basis.

You will receive a confirmation in the form of an e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours it is your responsibility to contact Customer Service Department.

The processing fees are set forth by LMC, they are for handling and processing of the ticket. There is no mailing of tickets to keep fees down.

Purchases for cancelled events will be issued a full refund by the event provider minus processing fees. Postponed tickets will still be valid and can be used at the later date. Refund is also available is promoter permits.

Opening Acts are not guarantied. There will be no refund for cancellation of opening act.

Before completion of your order be sure to carefully review event, date, quantity, and seat location. Once tickets are purchased refund can only be due to cancellation or due to promoters will.

LMC will be using will call (pick up at event window) as it’s only form of delivery to guaranty delivery and to keep prices as low as possible.

Purchasing of tickets dose not only mean that you agree to LMC’s policies, but also the policies of the venue and promoter. The promoter holds liability for the show and has the right to eject anyone that they feel necessary. Recording of the show is up to promoter policies.

LMC does not collect any information that is not necessary to conduct business. The information is for our data base so will can better accommodate you for future transactions. It is not shared by any other businesses. We want you to feel comfortable with our service and we will not make you feel sorry for using LMC.
