Ticket Buyers-
Find your event either by using the search tool or browsing through event categories. From the event page, select the amount and click “Buy Tickets”. Follow the steps to complete your order. Accepted Credit Cards-
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
Attendees Section-Place the names of friends so you are not stuck waiting for them to arrive for will call
How will I receive my tickets?
Tickets will not be mailed. We provide Print at Home and Will Call options. If Will Call only is decided on by promoter Print at Home tickets will not be scanned but the option to prints tickets is always available.
Free Shows-
We want everyone to find amazing events and some are free in your own backyard. We offer a platform for ticket sellers but also welcome all postings of free events. More people out enjoying music and their community the better!
Can I have tickets delivered to my phone?
You can display tickets via phone through your fan account. We suggest a screenshot of your tickets beforehand if any chance of no or poor reception at venue location.
Can I transfer tickets to a friend via text message?
Yes. You can screenshot and send via text. Once ticket is scanned all other attempts will be denied so make sure it is secure and sent to the intended recipient
Can I get a refund?
You will receive a full refund if the show is canceled including service fees. Any other refund is case by case basis with promoter discretion. Contact promoter for all other refunds other than cancellations..
How does your website prevent fraud?
Our site uses the industry standard 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption for all transactions. Clicking the lock symbol on the edge of your browser window will pull up our security certificate. We store no Credit Card info on our site and use the industry leader Authorize.net for all processings.
The event I want to attend says that sales have ended. Can I still get tickets?
Check the event page to see if tickets will be available at the door. Or contact promoter via “Comments Section” or “Promoter Profile”

Event Producers / Ticket SellersWhy should I choose Live Music City?
We provide the lowest service fees possible for your fans while charging you no money to provide an online ticketing option. We know that not everyone likes to buy online so we also provide physical tickets for all your street teams and ticket selling locations.
What are your fees?
You are charged no money to use the Live Music City platform to sell online.
Why are your fees so low?
We are concert goers ourselves and never believed fees should be what they are. We do all we can to keep fees as low as possible.
When do I get my money?
Money will be direct deposited in your bank account if bank information is provided in promoter profile the following business day after your event. If no deposit info is placed, a check will be mailed to the address provided in promoter profile the following business day after your event.
How do I post my event?
Once you create you promoter profile you will see an “Create Event” tab on the top right side of the site at all times. Click on the tab and then follow the steps to create your event.
I want some physical tickets for street teams. Can you print them and send them to me?
You are always able to have physical tickets printed at anytime. Go to the event page logged in as a promoter and you may purchase prints directly from that page from the “Get Prints” section. You are the only one who sees the “Get Prints” section and not your fans. The Artists printed on the tickets will be the artists placed in the “Artist” section when you create your event. Place artists in “Create Event” “Artist” section from headliner down for display purposes on physical tickets.
How do I scan tickets?
You may scan “Print at Home” and physical tickets with any barcode scanner of your choice. Once ticket is scanned all other attempts by fans will be detected and can then be denied.
My tickets are free. Do you charge to ticket a free event?
No. We simply provide the platform to place the event listing free or not. We want your fans to have knowledge of all events if we make money or not.
What security measures are built-in to your tickets?
We have scannable “Print at Home” and Physical tickets. Physical tickets are tooled with a holographic foil, thermal printed tickets along with being scannable.
What sales reports do you offer?
We provide Customer Name, Email, Ticket Amount, Payment Method, Coupon Code Used, Amount Paid and Incoming Revenue. You are always able to print or download reports at anytime. Download customer info like email to send follow up emails or newsletters to your fans.
How do I customize my profile?
Once a promoter account is created place your “Account Information” to display your Business name, Contact information, Bio, Social Media Links and Profile pic on your promoter page. Once information is filled in, go to the “View Profile” where you can can place a Background Image and check to see if profile information is displaying correctly.
